Overview

The Topaz Hotel is a comfortable property, ideal for guests looking for a relaxing and entertaining stay in the heart of the popular seaside resort of Bugibba, in Malta. A ten minute walk will take guests to the sea front promenade or to the centre of Bugibba where there are shops, bars, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. Most of Malta’s major towns are just a few miles away from the Topaz Hotel.

All the Topaz Hotel’s guest rooms are fully furnished and most have a balcony. The hotel's facilities include a large swimming pool and sun terrace, an indoor pool (from November to June), a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a games room.

Varied dining facilities are available from the Table d’Hote menu in the main restaurant to the snacks at the poolside bar or, if you’re feeling homesick, enjoy a beer in The Royal Oak, a traditional English style pub.

Swimming pools

There is a large fish-shaped outdoor pool with children`s section. There is also a heated indoor pool open during the winter time.

Eating and drinking

There is the main Emerald Restaurant that serves buffet style meals. La Perla Pizzeria serves grills and pasta and is open on Friday and Saturday evenings only (days may change depending on seasons and occupancies). The Royal Oak Pub, the Peacock Lounge Bar (closed in Summer) and the Beryl Pool Snack Bar are also available for refreshments.

The hotel operates an all-inclusive option which includes breakfast between 7.30am and 10am, lunch between 12.15pm and 2.15pm and dinner between 6.15pm and 9.15pm, all buffet style and served in the Emerald Restaurant.

Snacks comprising of sandwiches (ham or cheese) may be requested at all other times from either the Royal Oak till 23.00 or the Beryl Pool Bar till 17.00. This service is, however, only available outside of the Restaurant opening hours.

Scoops of ice cream are also available on request from The Beryl (the pool bar) till 17.00. All meals may be served as a buffet.

The Royal Oak, the Peacock Lounge Bar, the Beryl Pool Bar are available for your request and will also serve you with your entitlement of drinks which comprise of local alcoholic drinks (single tots), house wine by the glass, house beer, soft drinks, juices, mineral water, coffee and tea. No spirits are served during your lunch or dinner. All drinks are available till 23.30.
